Secure Containers for Document Collection.

In the REISSWOLF security containers you can collect your confidential documents and folders. We collect the full containers from you and transport them to our confidential destruction center in Bozhurishte, where the contents - documents, folders and other types of paper media - are destroyed in accordance with the law.

All containers have a built-in lock, and upon request we also offer an electronic locking system (e.l.sy / electronic lock system).

Submit a document destruction request using the inquiry form on our website. You can choose between a one-time service and regular scheduled destruction.

Scheduling and Container Delivery.

Depending on the arrangement, you can fill the container immediately upon delivery (“immediate filling”) or keep it at your premises for a specified period and fill it gradually (“self-filling”).

Destruction and Certificate.

REISSWOLF transports the full container to our confidential destruction center in Bozhurishte and destroys the contents legally and irrevocably. To date, the amount of paper destroyed by REISSWOLF is enough to build 45 Eiffel Towers. When technical and economic conditions allow, the material is recycled.

After destruction, you receive a certificate of destruction—proof for third parties that the process has been completed.

Collection: Once filled—either immediately upon delivery or within an agreed period—our team collects the full containers and transports them to our facility.

Yes. You can choose immediate filling, where you place the documents in the container as soon as it is delivered, or self-filling, where the container remains at your premises for an agreed period.

The container can remain at your premises free of charge for up to one week. Please contact us if you need to keep it longer.

Yes. You can choose between:

Recurring service — REISSWOLF regularly replaces full containers with empty ones at an interval selected by you.

One-time service — you request destruction once, with no commitment to future deliveries.

There is no mandatory minimum number of containers. Pricing, however, depends on the type of service:

For a recurring service, we charge only for replacing the security containers, plus a monthly subscription fee.

For a one-time service, we invoice a minimum of 100 kg of paper. For quantities above 100 kg, we charge according to the exact weight.

Yes. You can deliver your documents personally to our facility at 3 Rayna Kasabova Street, Bozhurishte. Please arrange a delivery time with our team in advance.

No. You can leave the documents in their binders and place the entire binder with its contents in the container—we destroy the binder together with its contents. The same applies to other types of binding, including folders and lever-arch files. There is no need to remove paper clips or plastic sleeves.

No. Each container may hold only one type of material, such as paper only or hard drives only. Two separate security containers are therefore required.
